Erik Bledsoe was raised in a mission-driven, faith-based family where building something that mattered wasn't just encouraged — it was expected.
His family built BLF Holding Co. — a 21-company group spanning insurance, finance, and staffing. Erik helped scale the business to $450 million in revenue and create the marketing campaigns that fueled the growth.
Alongside the family enterprise, Erik spent over two decades as a professional touring musician and songwriter — 2,000+ live shows, more than a million people in the audience, five records, a Top 40 Country song, and a GMA Scripture Song of the Year award.
Today Erik takes everything he's built and puts it to work for others — teaching, coaching, and helping business owners build things that actually matter. When you build a mission-driven business, it changes more than just your bottom line; it changes lives.
Erik is a man of faith, a husband to Betsy, and a father. He founded Take the Hill Ministries, a community where Christian men come together around brotherhood and faith. He's a graduate of Belmont University and Word of Life Bible Institute, and he calls Nashville home.

Build a business that matters - with AI. Build it yourself, but not by yourself.
